Diplomacy
The Celestial Protectors are a defensive matrix, and as such tend not to be outwardly aggressive. As they are designed to protect the galaxy from existential threats, they tend to only attack empires committing large-scale genocides or other crisis aspirations. Otherwise, they will focus their efforts on galactic cooperation and mutual defence against extragalactic threats.
