The Orcish Despoilers is an empire centered on the planet Vrinn in the Vrinnus System. The ruler, the Bandit King, is chosen by right of combat. While it is typical for Orcs to wait until the death of the previous king, it is not uncommon for kings to be challenged if they show weakness, such as losing a military campaign.

Diplomacy
The Orcish Despoilers focus on raiding and a generally aggressive foreign policy. Diplomacy is often reserved for other powers they cannot directly militarily engage with.
